The EAS app houses various learning modules that focus on the areas of mental health, mental performance, sport performance, concussion recovery and general wellness. These key points are delivered by the most renowned subject matter experts in the industry using peer reviewed and clinically validated advice and guidance.
Individuals using the app will have access to videos, content, graphics, interviews and expert advice in all areas pertaining to health, wellness and performance. They will be guided through expertly developed modules on each topic and be granted certification when each module is completed, with the ability to be entered to win prizes for completion.
On going access to each module is granted so that athletes, parents and coaches can review information when a situation arises that they may need to address at a later date.
